Job Opportunity: Physician for Dysphagia Evaluation Practice

We are an established medical practice serving Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and surrounding areas, specializing in evaluations for patients with swallowing disorders. We are currently seeking additional physicians to join our team, with both full-time and part-time positions available. Physicians with various levels of experience are encouraged to apply. During training, compensation will be provided.

The practice is part of a larger network with sister practices in New England and Texas.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Annual income for working 4 to 5 days a week ranges approximately from $160,000 to $225,000 or more, depending on volume.
2. Health coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and educational stipends are offered.
3. No weekend or night call responsibilities.
4. Malpractice coverage, including tail coverage, is paid for by the practice.
5. In over 19 years and 400,000 evaluations, we have had no malpractice inquiries or actions.

Practice Details:

Midwest Dysphagia Consultants' mission is to provide professional dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallow studies, utilizing a mobile unit (pictured on our website).

Our mobile unit services various facilities, private offices, and homebound patients who request swallowing studies. Requests are routed through our office staff and are scheduled within 24 to 72 hours, with same-day appointments possible depending on volume and location. Our goal is to ensure staff is home between 4:00 and 5:00 PM daily.
