Job summary

Responsibilities include precise EMR documentation, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, and upholding telehealth compliance standards across remote care settings.

Job description

• Provide virtual outpatient care for adult patients with endocrine and metabolic conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, obesity, and adrenal/pituitary disorders.
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and provide patient education.
• Document clinical encounters accurately in the EMR, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and adhere to telehealth best practices and compliance requirements.
