Job summary

The role emphasizes a Monday–Friday schedule (4- or 5-day weeks), no nights or inpatient calls, and a patient load of 16–20 per day. EPIC experience is preferred; successful candidates will have NP certification and Oregon

Qualifications

• National NP certification through AANC or AANP; or PA certification through NCCPA; or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Current DEA license or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
• EMR proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Treat and care for patients with endocrinology and metabolic disorders, including thyroid and adrenal diseases.
• Collaborate with physicians and APNs; benefit from mentorship within the department.
• Focus on patients 18 years and older.
• Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with option for 4- or 5-day weeks; no nights or weekends.
• Manage patient flow with an average of 16–20 patients per day.
• Work with Medical Assistants and support staff to deliver coordinated care.
• Grow within a well-established Springfield, OR clinic.

Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

• Opportunity to treat and care for patients with various aspects of Endocrinology and Metabolic disorders, including thyroid and adrenal diseases, osteoporosis, hormonal imbalances and more

Required Qualifications:

• National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP; or Physician Associate/Assistant certification through NCCPA; or ability to obtain prior to employment


• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license or the ability to obtain prior to employment


• Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment


• EMR Proficient

Preferred Qualifications:

• Three (3) years of endocrinology experience preferred but not required


• EPIC experience preferred but not required

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $113,000 - $173,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
