Job summary

Oregon Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seeks an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner to join our Springfield, Oregon clinic. You will treat and manage adults with endocrine and metabolic disorders, collaborating with physicians and clinicians, with a typical schedule of 16–20 patients daily, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• National NP certification through AANC or AANP, or PA certification through NCCPA, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Current DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• EMR proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Treat and care for patients with Endocrinology and Metabolic disorders, including thyroid and adrenal diseases, osteoporosis and hormonal imbalances.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice clinicians; benefit from mentorship within the department.
• Focus on patients aged 18 years and older; participate in a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.
• Manage patient load with support from Medical Assistants; growth position in a well-established clinic in Springfield, OR.
