Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a friendly Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Stevens, PA.

This part-time position (3 days per week) offers a competitive annual salary of $90,000–$120,000. You will provide comprehensive care for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes and thyroid conditions, collaborating with a dedicated interdisciplinary team in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP, PA, or physician license.
• Master's degree in nursing and accredited NP program completed.
• Minimum 6 months experience in long-term care.
• DEA license.
• CPR/BLS certified.
• Experience in endocrinology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care.
• Assess and treat endocrinology-related conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and provide resident counseling.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team; manage chronic conditions.
• Support person-centered care for elderly residents.

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid conditions, and other hormone-related issues, working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care.
• Assess and treat patients with endocrinology diseases and conditions.
• Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well‑being.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Prescribe medication and administer treatments.
• Provide counseling to residents and their families.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for seamless coordination of care.
• Manage chronic conditions and monitor progress.
• Make appropriate adjustments to care plans.
• Commit to person-centered care.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for elderly residents in the nursing home.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility.
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license.
• DEA license.
• CPR BCLS/BLS certified.
• Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing.
• Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• A year of experience in Endocrinology.
• Preferred experience in documenting EMR (Sigma, Visual, PCC, etc.): training provided.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand/walk/work on your feet up to 6‑8 hours per day.
