Responsibilities:

• Manage diabetic patients, including screening and monitoring for Diabetes Mellitus
• Provide care for new and existing patients with endocrine issues
• Collaborate with certified diabetic educators for patient education
• Work with a multidisciplinary team including dietitians, endocrinologists, pharmacists, and educators
• Work hours: 8am to 5pm

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Certification/License
