Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team serving residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across Metro Atlanta and Southeast GA.

The role is part-time (3 days per week) with a competitive salary range of $90,000–$120,000, and requires an active NP/PA license, DEA license, CPR/BLS certification, and a Master’s degree in nursing with endocrinology experience.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA license and DEA license.
• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Minimum 6 months in long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• CPR BCLS/BLS certified.
• Experience documenting in EMR systems (Sigma, Visual, PCC) preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care.
• Assess and treat patients with endocrinology diseases and conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and administer treatments.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for seamless care.
• Support residents and families with counseling and education.
• Manage chronic conditions and monitor progress in long-term care.
