Qualifications

• Board Certified NP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive endocrine care for adult and geriatric patients.
• Follow-up diabetes and thyroid management with mentorship from the practice lead.
• Collaborate with the Endocrinology team to ensure continuity of care and patient education.
• Manage outpatient visits with structured scheduling and constructive outcome tracking.
