Olympia Fields Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to expand Endocrinology services in the Chicago Southland suburb of Olympia Fields, IL. This role emphasizes outpatient endocrine care with opportunities for inpatient consultation, under the guidance of board-certified endocrinologists.

You will work with diabetes educators and multidisciplinary teams, with access to on-site lab and imaging support, in a 214-bed facility serving nearby

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in an accredited NP/PA program.
• Board certification as NP or PA-C.
• Current Illinois APRN or PA license (or eligible) and valid DEA license may be required.
• Endocrinology experience preferred; diabetes management interest essential.
• Excellent communication and team-oriented patient care skills.

Olympia Fields Hospital is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support and expand our Endocrinology services in the south suburbs of Chicago. Responsibilities

Position Highlights:

• Clinical Focus: Primarily outpatient endocrinology care with inpatient consultation opportunities. Manage diabetes, thyroid disorders, metabolic conditions, osteoporosis, adrenal/pituitary issues, and other endocrine disorders.
• Collaborative Team: Work closely with board-certified Endocrinologists, diabetes educators (RDN/CDCES), and multidisciplinary teams in cardiology, bariatrics, oncology, and women's health. On-site lab, imagin, and diagnostic support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Board certification as NP (Family, Adult-Gerontology, or Acute Care) or PA-C
• Current Illinois APRN or PA license (or eligible) and valid DEA license
• Endocrinology experience preferred; strong interest in diabetes management required
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills

Pay Transparency

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $120,000-$140,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
