Medicorp, Inc. is offering an endocrinology opportunity in Salem, Oregon. This is a full-time permanent role with a board-certified endocrinologist who will supervise 4 physician associates.

The position offers a 4.5 day work week and a salaried base with quarterly production bonuses. New graduates start at a base of $275,000, with experienced physicians at $300,000. Additional year-end bonuses and a $25,000 per year school loan payoff are available, with total compensation around

Endocrinology Opportunity in Salem, Oregon

• New grad base $275,000
• Experience physician base $300,000
• $5,000 per PA per year to supervise ($20,000)
• Employment bonus/school loan – $25,000 at the end of each year worked (12 months) for up to 4 years for a total of $100,000. This ends if a physician becomes a partner as they are then receiving the end of year profitability bonuses
• Production bonus really varies, estimated $1,000-$10,000 per quarter
• Total comp $350,000-400,000
