Oregon Medical Group in Springfield, Oregon, part of the Optum family within UnitedHealth Group, is seeking an Endocrinologist to join our team. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 4-day option, no nights or inpatient call.

You'll provide care for adults, collaborate with physicians and ARNPs, and benefit from fully funded relocation, CME allowance, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits. Join us to help improve care for the community.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Current Oregon DEA or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Board Eligible or Board Certification in Endocrinology
• EMR proficiency

Responsibilities

• Treat and care for patients with Endocrinology and Metabolic disorders, including thyroid and adrenal diseases, osteoporosis, hormonal imbalances.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice clinicians across departments.
• See patients aged 18 and older; focus on adult care.
• Monday–Friday schedule with option for 4- or 5-day work week; no nights, no weekends; no inpatient call.
• Patient schedule of approximately 16–20 patients per day.
• Work with Medical Assistant and support staff.
• Growth position in a well-established clinic in Springfield, OR.
• New fellows welcomed in 2026.

Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

• Opportunity to treat and care for patients with various aspects of Endocrinology and Metabolic disorders, including thyroid and adrenal diseases, osteoporosis, hormonal imbalances and more
• Work in collaboration with other physicians and advanced practice clinicians on the team and across departments
• Focus on seeing patients 18 years of age and older
• Monday through Friday schedule with option for 4- or 5-day work week; no nights, no weekends, no inpatient call

Required Qualifications:

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $227,000 - $373,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
