Job summary

Oregon Medical Group, part of Optum, seeks an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner in Springfield, OR to join a growing multi-specialty team. You will provide care for thyroid, adrenal and metabolic disorders while benefiting from strong staff support and a collaborative practice culture.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or inpatient calls, a relocation package for those near 50 miles, and a $10,000 hiring bonus. Comprehensive benefits and CME support are included.

Qualifications

• National NP certification and ability to obtain Oregon NP license before employment.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon NP license.
• Current DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with endocrinology and metabolic disorders, including thyroid and adrenal diseases.
• Collaborate in a group practice with mentorship and partner-driven care.
• Maintain a daily patient load of approximately 16–20 patients.
• Provide patient education and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Participate in ongoing quality initiatives and care improvements.

Position Highlights

Required Qualifications

• National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP; or Physician Associate/Assistant certification through NCCPA; or ability to obtain prior to employment
  
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license or the ability to obtain prior to employment
  
• Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
  

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
