Omega Recruiting represents a BE/BC Endocrinologist opportunity 30-45 minutes south of downtown Chicago with a well established endocrine group. Employed position with inpatient and outpatient practice and flexible Monday–Friday schedule. The role offers a competitive salary with MGMA guidelines, comprehensive benefits, 403B with employer match, CME funds, licensure reimbursement, and sign-on/relocation negotiable. EPIC EMR in a HIMSS VII environment and strong mentorship support.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible required.
• Inpatient and outpatient endocrine practice.
• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule.
• Approximately 15–25 clinic patients per day.
• 1 in 4 call rotation.
• EPIC EMR in inpatient and outpatient settings; HIMSS VII.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient endocrine care.
• Collaborate with a collegial group of physicians for mentorship and growth.
• Participate in call rotation and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
