Sansum Clinic in Santa Barbara, CA invites a full-time Endocrinologist (board-certified or board-eligible) to join a growth-focused practice. The role includes 36 hours per week, office visits and consultations, and a phone-only call rotation, with 14-20 patients per day.

Base compensation ranges from $330,000 to $380,000 annually and may be adjusted based on training and community needs. Comprehensive benefits, malpractice insurance, and CME support are provided.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with fellowship training in Endocrinology.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Perform Typical Endocrinology Procedures.
• DEA Certificate.
• CA Licensure or the Ability to Obtain CA Licensure.
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

The listed range is solely a base compensation for full time physicians. It does not include incentives and benefits. The base compensation rate may be adjusted based on training, community need and other possible determining components
