Sansum Santa Barbara Medical Clinic is seeking a full-time Endocrinologist who is board-certified or board-eligible. The role includes seeing 14–20 patients daily, a 36-hour workweek, and a call rotation by phone. Thyroid biopsy is optional, with opportunities for office visits and consultations.

The position offers a base salary with a one-year guarantee, with incentives and benefits separate from base compensation. CA licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with fellowship training in Endocrinology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• DEA Certificate
• CA Licensure or the ability to obtain CA licensure
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilités

• Manage office visits and consultations for 14–20 patients per day
• Provide endocrine care, including thyroid biopsies if needed
• Participate in call rotation (phone only)
• Perform typical endocrinology procedures
• Contribute to growth and development of the practice

• The listed range is solely a base compensation for full time physicians. It does not include incentives and benefits. The base compensation rate may be adjusted based on training, community need and other possible determining components
