Job summary

CHI Health Clinic in Omaha, in partnership with Creighton University School of Medicine, seeks an Endocrinologist to provide comprehensive endocrine care and contribute to medical education. The role includes inpatient consults, diabetes education initiatives, and academic activities with potential leadership opportunities.

The position focuses on general endocrinology with room for subspecialty interests and program development within a growing Cardiometabolic Center of Excellence.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
• American Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
• Active or Eligible to obtain an unrestricted license in Nebraska.
• DEA in good standing with no restrictions.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical care in general endocrinology.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Engage in program development and quality improvement efforts.
• Participate in bedside teaching, lectures, and conferences with academic appointment available.
