Job summary

Steele Healthcare Solutions, LLC in Southwest Chicago is seeking a BC/BE Endocrinologist to join our growing physician team and establish a comprehensive endocrinology practice in an underserved community. The role is full-time, outpatient-focused with limited inpatient consults, Monday–Friday, with patient volume of 6–8 half-day clinics per week and about 8 patients per clinic.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Endocrinology.
• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure.
• Passion for delivering patient-centered, evidence-based endocrine care.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow a comprehensive outpatient endocrinology practice.
• Provide outpatient endocrine care with limited inpatient consults.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical staff.
• Manage clinic schedule to support ~6–8 half-day clinics weekly and ~8 patients per clinic.
