Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc in Southeast Wisconsin seeks an experienced Endocrine Surgeon to join a comprehensive, full-time practice, performing thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal procedures for a broad geographic area with a strong referral base.

The role offers modern facilities, robotic capability, EPIC EMR aided by AI tools, and opportunities to participate in innovative clinical initiatives and program development, with collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited General Surgery residency program.
Fellowship training in endocrine surgery.
Strong surgical skills and experience with endocrine procedures.
Ability to work effectively within a team and engage in clinical innovation.
Commitment to providing safe, equitable, and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Perform complex endocrine surgeries, including thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal procedures.
Collaborate with RNs, MAs, APPs, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in clinical initiatives and contribute to program development.
Utilize advanced equipment and robotic surgical tools.
Maintain comprehensive documentation using EPIC EMR, supported by AI-powered tools like DAX Copilot.
