Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an Endocrine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to support an outpatient cancer center specializing in Endocrine Neoplasia.

Responsibilities include outpatient care, managing endocrine neoplasia cases, and using EPIC. Qualifications include board certification, BLS, DEA, chemotherapy and immunotherapy certification, oncology certification, and a Connecticut medical license; at least one year of relevant AP experience.

Qualifications

• Board certification required.

• Minimum 1 year of advanced practitioner experience in endocrinology or endocrine neoplasia.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care within the practice.
