Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to grow our hypoglycemia program and manage Beta Cell Dysfunction patients across inpatient and outpatient settings. The role emphasizes clinical expertise, care coordination, and building a specialized pediatric endocrine service.

The position includes outpatient clinics, inpatient rounds, and administrative time dedicated to program development, with potential on-call responsibilities as the program

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field; licensure or certification may be required.
• FNP, PA certification/licensure appropriate to role.
• Experience with pediatric endocrine conditions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform history and physical exams and diagnose pediatric endocrine conditions.
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans and coordinate interdisciplinary consultations.
• Provide clinical management including medications per policies and regulations.
• Participate in program development and expansion of the hypoglycemia service.
• Engage in quality improvement and education activities to advance patient care.
