Elaya Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (PA/NP) with diabetes management and endocrinology needs. Salary between $140,000-$160,000. Great work life balance!

The PA/NP will provide direct care to adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, including medical management and patient education. Insulin pumps and CGM devices will be used as part of diabetes technology, under supervision by endocrinologists in New York.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Nursing School.
• 6+ months work experience in endocrinology.
• Registered as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in NY State.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes and weight management, including medical management and patient education.
• Operate insulin pumps, continuous glucose sensors and related diabetes technology.
• Work as part of a team with endocrinologists in New York.
