The role involves providing consultations, managing hospitalized patients, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Ideal candidates will have an active GA NP or PA license and relevant inpatient experience.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license is mandatory.
• NP certification (FNP, AGNP, or ACNP) or PA-C certification is required.
• Proficiency in EMR systems is necessary.
• Recent experience in an inpatient setting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient diabetes and glycemic management consultations.
• Manage adult hospitalized patients on Med‑Surg and Step‑Down units.
• Adjust insulin and diabetes therapies using evidence‑based protocols.
• Collaborate with hospitalists, nursing, pharmacy, and acute care teams.

Skills
