Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s in Ohio seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Endocrinology division and grow our hypoglycemia program. You will deliver care across inpatient and outpatient settings, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Experience with hypoglycemia is preferred. The role includes clinic duties, inpatient rounding, and involvement in program development with a 1.0 full-time equivalent schedule and potential to expand as

Qualifications

• Experience with hypoglycemia preferred; RN or APP with hypoglycemia experience prioritized.
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with relevant credentials.
• Ability to work across inpatient and outpatient settings and participate in program development.

Responsibilities

• Perform history and physical exams for endocrine patients with a focus on hypoglycemia.
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Provide inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic coverage; participate in program development and quality improvement.
• Support ethical and evidence-based practice and contribute to educational activities for the team.
