Job summary

Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an RN Endo PRN to join our operating room team. You will evaluate patients prior to surgery, educate patients and families, and manage peri-operative care with a focus on patient safety and workflow efficiency.

The role requires Endo experience, RN licensure, ACLS/BCLS within 30 days, and on-call responsibilities during select non-business hours.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required (state of practice) and Endo experience preferred.
• ACLS and BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• On-call is required during select non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients prior to surgery.
• Provide patient and family education surrounding procedure and peri-operative process.
• Prepare patients including IV therapy, preoperative medications, and surgical site verification.
• Participate in surgical site verification per hospital policy.
