Job summary

Amneal is seeking a Sales Representative in the San Francisco area to drive product sales through strategic territory planning and effective customer engagement with healthcare providers, hospitals, and pharmacies.

You will deliver presentations, manage samples per PDMA, maintain territory data in Veeva, and participate in training and meetings, with 50% travel and occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, marketing or related field.
• At least 1 year of outside life sciences sales experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships and manage time.
• Familiarity with Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA) guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals within the assigned territory through strategic planning.
• Manage sample distribution and record transactions per PDMA guidelines.
• Develop effective sales presentations using approved materials for healthcare providers.
• Create a daily call schedule to ensure territory coverage.
• Demonstrate disease state expertise for promoted products.
• Apply the Amneal selling model in customer interactions.
• Perform pre- and post-call analyses to improve outcomes.
• Review sales data and allocate budget funds to maximize impact.
• Complete administrative reports and meet deadlines.
• Safeguard company assets (laptop, iPad, vehicle).
• Enter calls into Veeva System promptly.
