Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Bass Baptist Hospital in Enid, OK is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse to manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process. You may float to other units and participate in on-call status as required. The role requires population-specific competencies and adherence to patient safety goals.

Qualifying nurses must hold Oklahoma RN licensure or a multistate license (eNLC), and BLS within 30 days; Hospice may require CPR. Preferred CHPN certification for hospice.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in Oklahoma or eligible via multistate license (eNLC)
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire; Hospice CPR may be required in lieu of BLS
• Other certifications as service line requires

Responsibilities

• Assessment and reassessment of patients
• Development and implementation of the plan of care
• Delivery of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of patient outcomes and interventions
• Supervises and mentors other licensed/non-licensed personnel
