Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking detail-oriented PC Refresh Technicians to support a large-scale device replacement initiative in Orlando. You will deploy new hardware, enable Autopilot provisioning, coordinate shipments, and provide end-user support throughout migration.

The role focuses on Windows 10/11 deployments, device configuration, asset management, and customer service, with on-site and remote support as needed for a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 deployments and end-user devices.
• Familiarity with Autopilot, Intune, or endpoint management tools.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues on PCs.
• Experience with asset management, device lifecycle, and inventory records.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with ticketing system experience.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment and perform basic deployments.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise PC refresh and device replacement projects.
• Prepare, configure, and validate Windows devices for deployment.
• Assist with Autopilot enrollment and device provisioning.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory of hardware assets.
• Provide remote and onsite end-user support during migrations.
• Document deployment activities and support tickets clearly.
• Follow deployment schedules and maintain security and asset standards.
