Job summary

AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join the IT End User Services team.

You will provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, video conferencing, VoIP, mobility and related devices, both on site and via remote tools, ensuring rapid issue resolution. Qualified candidates have 2–3 years in IT desktop support, an Associate degree or equivalent, and experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT Desktop Support experience.
• End-user facing service delivery and issue resolution.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows 10 issues and Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, in-person or remote end-user support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network and telecom issues.
• Manage incidents in ServiceNow with detailed notes.
• Assist with device provisioning, software installs and upgrades.
• Support mobility platforms and VoIP devices as needed.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors.
