We are seeking a highly experienced End User Computing Engineer IV to support and enhance critical services within the end user computing environment.
This role involves architecture design, process automation, project support, and senior-level troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance and operational excellence across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operational teams in resolving service requests and incidents to ensure client satisfaction.
- Perform root cause analysis and define corrective actions for end user computing issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
- Architect and implement upgrades for platforms, operating systems, and enterprise software.
- Conduct proof-of-concept testing and refine technical designs.
- Automate repetitive tasks and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Plan and schedule software and hardware changes.
- Perform routine administration tasks including OS and software updates.
- Provide technical support for projects and perform critical system changes after business hours.
- Conduct audit compliance assessments and initiate remediation actions.
- Author and adhere to policy, procedure, and standards documents.
- Transfer knowledge through documentation and training.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
- Manage Windows client imaging, application packaging, and scripting using PowerShell.
- Lead SCCM component upgrades and monthly security patch deployments.
- Support application and OS installation, configuration, and reporting using SCCM.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve operational issues.
- Develop scalable solutions for clients migrating to Oracle Exastack platforms.
- Provide pre‑sales support including proposals, effort estimations, and client presentations.
- Lead delivery of Oracle Engineered Systems engagements and collaborate with Oracle teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in End User Computing and SCCM management.
- 5+ years of experience with Azure/AWS and scripting tools such as PowerShell.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with security patch management for Windows clients and servers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint.
