Hourly Pay Range:

$26.36 - $39.54 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: End User Computing Analyst II - Implementation Team
• Location: 4901 Searle Parkway, Skokie, IL
• Full Time
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
• Local Travel: required to new sites and facilities
• Onsite position

Job Summary:

The Technical Implementation Analyst performs maintenance and integration activities related to the end user computing environment, including desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, security, inventory, and asset management. Responsibilities include installation, upgrades, backups, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, and providing level 2 technical support. Acts as a point person for deploying and installing end user computing equipment, maintaining accurate data in ServiceNow, and training new hires. Requires staying updated on latest technologies and industry best practices.

What you will do:

• Provide quality customer service for installation, configuration, and usability of desktop equipment and software.
• Analyze and prioritize deployment schedules, resolve service requests, and document statuses.
• Communicate effectively with end-users and document interactions.
• Support hardware and software, including MACs, deployment, and reconfiguration.
• Follow procedures for decommissioning equipment.
• Ensure safety and proper handling of equipment and cables.
• Resolve end-user issues or escalate as needed.
• Assist with training and other duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• A+ certification or similar.
• 3+ years of computer support experience; 2+ years customer service preferred.
• Experience with various OS (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android), hardware deployment, and support.
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and professionalism.
• Understanding of PC OS and basic network concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance if performing off-site duties.
