Job summary

Uline is seeking an End User Computing Administrator to help manage, support and improve the software and systems powering operations across our North American company.

You’ll work hands-on to ensure a seamless technology experience, handling desktop support, endpoint management, virtualization and networking. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience are required, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

• 3+ years in desktop support, systems administration or end-user computing.
• Experience with Windows and macOS environments, endpoint management, virtualization and core networking.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Test and implement software applications to deliver reliable technology solutions that support business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Protect company devices and systems through patch management and EDR tools.
• Identify and document technology and process improvements to enhance system performance.

Position Responsibilities

• Test and implement software applications to deliver reliable technology solutions that support business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed.
• Protect company devices and systems through patch management and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
• Identify and document technology and process improvements to enhance system performance and ensure efficient operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in desktop support, systems administration or end-user computing environments.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments using endpoint management, virtualization and core networking technologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
