Job summary

Uline is seeking an End User Computing Administrator to work hands-on to manage, support and improve the softwares and systems powering operations across our North American company.

Responsibilities include testing software, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, patch management and EDR, and identifying improvements to boost performance and efficiency. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and a long-term career path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in desktop support, systems administration or end-user computing environments.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments using endpoint management, virtualization and core networking technologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
