Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, product delivery, program management, or related roles with roadmap ownership and delivery accountability.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery across multiple teams and workstreams with planning, sequencing, dependency management, risk and issue management, and executive reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-ready briefings and synthesizing complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Experience operating in a controlled or regulated environment with sensitivity to legal, privacy, and risk considerations.
• Ability to influence and drive alignment across multiple programs and teams without formal authority.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in security studies, intelligence studies, computer science, cybersecurity, data analysis, or related discipline

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end product delivery across multiple threat programs, aligning roadmap priorities with technology capacity and business outcomes.
• Coordinate between product management and technology partners, managing dependencies and ensuring timely execution of the product roadmap.
• Define and track product objectives, KPIs, and success measures including operational effectiveness, timeliness, quality, reliability, and user adoption.
• Translate program needs into initiatives, epics, and user stories with consistent intake and prioritization.
• Maintain a cadence of roadmap reviews, sprint/program reviews, stakeholder updates, risk management, and decision logs.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, analytics, and platform teams to deliver capabilities with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Drive delivery across workstreams including scope, timeline, quality, cost, and executive-level communications.
• Ensure product capabilities comply with controls and align with legal, privacy, and governance requirements.
• Build trusted partnerships across security and tech, communicating complex topics to senior leaders.
• Support change management and adoption planning for delivered capabilities (training, operating model, documentation, feedback)
