Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Insider Threat Program Manager to lead a global insider threat capability. You will own strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes protecting people, data, and platforms, partnering across Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk, Legal, HR, and Regulatory Affairs.

You will translate complex signals into resilient controls, drive change across a large organization, and communicate effectively with senior leaders to reduce risk.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program/project management, risk management, security operations, or insider threat.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management; reputation for influencing across lines of defense.
• Analytical rigor with metrics and visualization to drive decision-making.
• Exceptional organization and delivery capability in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with JPMorganChase risk frameworks or the ability to quickly navigate complex enterprise risk ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Strategy to execution: Implement the insider threat operating model within JPMorganChase — define priorities, metrics, and deliver the program with clarity and audit readiness.
• Metrics that matter: Define, automate, and mature KRIs/KPIs and dashboards; turn signals into prioritized risks and action plans.
• Governance and controls: Run cross-functional forums and close control gaps with clear ownership and timelines.
• Intelligence and learnings: Curate notable insider events; translate lessons into updated controls and playbooks.
• Stakeholder enablement: Advise leaders and teams; deliver role-specific training and education.
• External benchmarking: Track peer practices and industry frameworks to keep the program on the leading edge.
• Executive communications: Synthesize complex data into concise narratives for senior leadership.
