Job summary

Virtusa is seeking a strategic testing leader to oversee end-to-end testing governance across projects and releases. You will serve as the central point of coordination among Business Analysts, Business Sponsors, Testing Teams, and project stakeholders to ensure testing activities align with release objectives.

You will drive testing quality, monitor progress and defect resolution, and produce key testing artifacts to support informed decision-making throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience leading strategic testing initiatives.
• Experience coordinating testing activities across Business Analysts, sponsors, testing teams, and stakeholders.
• Ability to drive end-to-end testing governance across projects and releases.
