This hybrid full-time role requires coordinating with Business Analysts, sponsors, testing teams, and stakeholders to ensure testing is well-planned and aligned with release objectives.

The QE-TA drives testing quality, tracks progress, nurtures defect resolution, and delivers critical artifacts that support informed decisions throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Review the Project Scope and feature documents to determine if End-to-End testing is required.
• Lead alignment meetings with BAs and Business Sponsors to define ETE scenarios.
• Coordinate testing teams to finalize scenario steps and remove blockers.
• Sign-off ETE scenarios at least one week before UAT to ensure a clean entry.
• Monitor test progress, manage defects in JIRA, and drive timely resolutions.
• Lead TER readiness and ensure TER is completed for the production release.
• Verify Zephyr releases align with user stories Fix Version and ensure scripts are loaded.
