Qualifications

• At least 7 years building expertise within the technology space.
• Around 7+ years hands-on experience in a technology role.
• 6+ years putting Process Improvement to work in a technology setting.
• The ability to listen and align stakeholders who don’t yet agree.
• Ability to thrive independently and in a tight-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Own a technology service end to end, from API Testing schema to on-call rotation.
• Document the Robot Framework system so the next senior engineer onboards in days, not weeks.
• Pair with cross-functional partners to scope and deliver full-time projects.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions.
• Resurrect flaky Initiative tests until the Medford, OR suite is trustworthy again.
• Trace a technology number back through Zephyr services until it adds up.
• Decode the undocumented Process Improvement service nobody else recalls writing.
