Polygon Company is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist to support material movement, packing, shipping, and receiving in a manufacturing setting. The role progresses from Level 1 to Level 3, enabling growth across core functions and end-to-end material flow.

The position emphasizes cross-functional skills, teamwork, and process improvement, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and collaboration across internal departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and warehouse systems.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks in Packing, Shipping, or Receiving.
• Maintain accuracy of documentation, labeling, and system updates.
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams as required.
• Perform responsibilities across two areas (Shipping & Receiving, Packing & Shipping, or Packing & Receiving).
• Cross-train and support peers to balance workload across functions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve efficiency.
• Oversee receiving activities and verify against purchase orders.
• Contribute to LEAN initiatives and continuous improvement.
