• Write the Project Management runbook the next hire wishes they had.
• Own assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Surface risks early, loudly, with a proposed fix attached.
• Deliver human-first results that align with broader business objectives.
• Question the brief when the brief doesn't match reality.
• Find the joyfully-rigorous workaround when the official path is blocked.
