Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a project manager to own the end-to-end Initial Order Process for series production as well as samples and prototypes for US customers. You will monitor launches, coordinate documentation, and ensure quality requirements are met.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in project management, strong communication, and SAP SD experience, with travel as needed. Associate or Bachelor degree in engineering/business/logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel
• Experience with MRP, logistics, material handling, packaging, and shipping
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end Initial Order Process for series production and launches
• Monitor production and prototype launches, provide status updates
• Ensure customer quality documentation requirements are met
• Coordinate movement of paperwork from goods receipt through quality review
• Carry out SAP stock allocation transactions and support delivery notes creation
• Prepare customer-specific packaging for shipments
• Lead industrial OEM product development projects with defined scope, costs, and schedules
