Job summary

DataSoft Technologies is seeking an intermediate .NET Developer to contribute across the full development lifecycle. You will gather requirements, design, develop, test, implement, train, and maintain software solutions in a collaborative, customer-facing environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications, mentor colleagues, and maintain documentation and standards while solving technical challenges and optimizing performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing.
• Strong oral and written communication, customer service, and time management skills.
• Experience in IT project management including developing, tracking, and managing project work plans.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all levels of the development life cycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing/QA, implementation, training, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to accomplish projects and solve technical problems.
• Mentor other employees and contribute to procedures and processes documentation.
