• Perform a full lifecycle product development including design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement.

• Generate effective solutions to emerging problems.
• Evaluate overall performance, reliability and safety of final products.
• Modify designs to eliminate malfunctions and meet requirements.

• Gather observations from operators.
• Prepare comprehensive product reports and documentation.
• Engage in lifelong learning and develop new theories or methods.
