The Village Bank is seeking a dedicated Loan Servicer I to support our loan servicing operations for consumer, mortgage, and commercial loans. You will handle post-closing tasks, loan boarding, collateral tracking, and escrow management, while ensuring timely customer service and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include loan boarding, payoff processing, title handling, insurance tracking, and reporting in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and risk management.

Competenze

• High school diploma with one year or more banking experience.
• Experience with core processing systems is a plus (Insight) or DNA and CoreLoigic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bank-specific applications.

Mansioni

• Set up and board new commercial, residential, and consumer loans on the core processing system accurately and timely.
• Process loan maintenance requests and ensure information remains current and accurate.
• Process daily loan transactions and review file maintenance changes.
• Calculate loan payoff figures and prepare payoff letters.
• Monitor insurance coverage and track exceptions for collateralized loans.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with servicing inquiries.
