Job summary

You will design adaptation strategies (LoRA, instruction tuning), build robust datasets, and develop Agentic AI solutions that integrate models with tools, planning, memory, and workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience training or fine-tuning LLMs/ VLMs end-to-end.
• Strong practical experience with Python and PyTorch.
• Experience with distributed multi-GPU training and diagnosing training issues.
• Ability to design meaningful experiments and trade-offs.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end LLM/VLM development workflows including data prep, training, evaluation, inference optimization, deployment, and iteration.
• Design model adaptation strategies such as supervised fine-tuning, instruction tuning, parameter-efficient tuning and continued pretraining.
• Build and maintain high-quality training and evaluation datasets with cleaning, labeling strategies, synthetic data, quality checks and contamination controls.
• Establish rigorous evaluation and benchmarking frameworks covering quality, performance, robustness, latency, throughput, and cost.
• Develop Agentic AI solutions that integrate models with tools, planning, memory, and workflow orchestration.
• Apply advanced LLM/VLM and multimodal AI techniques to semiconductor inspection and related engineering tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to identify research opportunities and translate requirements into model objectives.
• Support transition of validated AI research and prototypes into reusable platforms and potential products.
