Job summary

Resource-Environmental-Solutions, LLC (RES) is seeking a Land Representative II to lead land acquisition and property evaluation for ecological restoration projects in the Pittsburgh area. You will independently manage landowner relationships, conduct feasibility and valuation work, negotiate complex transactions, and drive contracting and due diligence through closing.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in land acquisition or real estate sales, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., real estate, business, environmental studies, or related field).
3+ years of land acquisition, real estate, or land/real estate sales experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
Strong internet research skills and comfort navigating online county property records.
Experience using mapping tools (e.g., Google Earth; GIS familiarity is a plus).
Working knowledge of land valuation concepts, real estate terminology, and deal structuring basics.
Experience supporting land transactions through contracting, due diligence, and closing.
