Job summary

Tacori is seeking a Customer Excellence Representative to be the daily voice for our retail partners nationwide. You’ll manage quotes, orders, and turnaround times, turning jewelry dreams into memories with precision and care.

You'll collaborate with design to bring custom pieces to life, share product knowledge and sales tools, and coordinate POS materials and events to showcase Tacori beautifully across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally with a track record of hitting your numbers.
• Strong math skills: you'll be building custom quotes regularly.
• A self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't need to be micromanaged.
• Genuine care for people you work with, whether that's a client, a retail partner, or a teammate.

Responsibilities

• Own the client buying experience end to end: accurate quotes, order processing, and fast turnaround for retail partners across the country.
• Bring custom and bridal designs to life, partnering with our design team from concept through final delivery.
• Be a go-to resource for retail partners: sharing product knowledge, campaign updates, and sales tools that help them sell with confidence.
• Coordinate point-of-sale materials and event logistics so our retail partners always have what they need to showcase Tacori beautifully.
• Support the sales team with returns, inventory, and the everyday problem-solving that keeps things running smoothly.
