Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Hardware Product Manager to own end-to-end hardware products from sensors to vehicle integration. You will work with engineering, supply chain, and OEM customers to deliver reliable field-ready hardware and drive strategy and execution.

You will collaborate across electrical, mechanical, and systems teams, manage external partners, and influence pricing and go-to-market for hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management, with a focus on hardware products.
• Experience at automotive/trucking/defense OEMs or suppliers building hardware for them.
• Track record of shipping hardware products to production including prototyping, validation, and manufacturing ramp.
• Strong technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Experience managing external partners, suppliers, or contract manufacturers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for hardware products from sensors to vehicle integration hardware.
• Lead concept-to-production execution balancing scalable platform design with OEM customization.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering to prioritize deliverables.
• Own partnerships with component vendors, Tier-1 suppliers, and contract manufacturers; drive build-vs-buy decisions.
• Partner with business development and marketing on customer pitches, GTM positioning, and pricing for hardware products.
• Engage with OEM customers to gather feedback and align roadmap with production needs.
• Work with program management and operations to track milestones, costs, and quality across the lifecycle.
