Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, shipping, or supply chain.
• At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle.
• Train and evaluate fulfillment staff.
• Perform quality control audits to ensure packaging accuracy.
