Growth Strategy Consultants in Santa Fe, NM seeks a Financial Planning Manager to own end-to-end FP&A processes, from close to reporting.

You will streamline month-end close, manage AR/AP, and ensure grant compliance while guiding analysts and driving CMA Certification and organizational growth.

A background in Anaplan and Oracle NetSuite dashboards is a plus; this is a hands-on leadership role with cross-functional impact.

• Trim days off the AP cycle without straining a single vendor.
• Translate Oracle NetSuite dashboards into plain language for non-finance leaders.
