Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end operations for a ghost kitchen concept. You will manage demand planning, materials planning, inventory, procurement, warehousing, and outbound distribution to ensureAvailability and controlled costs across production facilities and kitchen locations.

The role emphasizes building planning trackers, enabling KPI reporting, and supporting WMS/ERP/MRP tool enhancements while maintaining compliance with food-safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in food manufacturing, CPG, or similar environment.
• 3+ years of demand and materials planning in a food production setting.
• Experience with raw ingredients, finished goods, and perishable inventory.
• Advanced Excel skills for planning trackers and large data sets.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience managing inventory against budgets or working-capital targets.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers on shortages and lead times.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Demand and materials planning: translate demand into purchasing, production, and inventory needs.
• Inventory management: balance inventory vs. working-capital targets; manage shelf life, waste, and stock risk.
• Procurement and suppliers: support procurement strategy; handle shortages and lead times.
• Warehousing and distribution: oversee receiving, storage, picking, and outbound fulfillment; support WMS rollout.
• Systems and reporting: build planning trackers; own KPIs; implement ERP/MRP/demand planning tools.
• Food safety and compliance: support GMP, SQF, FSQA, lot traceability and proper controls.
